Materials, dimensions, finishes, and care requirements vary by product. Please review the details for the specific item you wish to purchase.

If a specification you need is missing or unclear, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm it for you.

Our products are made to order, so please allow time for both production and shipping.

Estimated total time, including production:

• Shoes: 17–26 business days.
• T-shirts, hoodies, and jerseys: 7–12 business days.
• Tumblers and Advent calendars: 8–16 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and may vary by destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Items in the same order may arrive separately. Tracking information will be sent when available after dispatch.

Eligible non-personalized products can be returned under our 30-day return policy, subject to its conditions. For change-of-mind returns, including selecting an unsuitable size, customers are responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law.

Genuinely personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns when produced correctly according to your instructions.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange the appropriate resolution and cover necessary return shipping costs for valid product claims.

These conditions do not limit applicable consumer rights, including EU and UK statutory cancellation rights.
